Deliveries to end users
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer (e.g. in the SPECIAL CONDITIONS (marked in green)), the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your receipt of payment) to the delivery address you specified. According to the terms and conditions of the shipping service provider, delivery to a neighbor is also possible.
Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays and no delivery on Sundays and public holidays (except for the courier shipping method).
If you have items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. A partial delivery can be made on request for a surcharge of EUR 5.90 per order.
If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
The time specified in the item detail view shows the availability of the items for express shipping. Shipping to DHL packing stations is also possible, provided the size of the shipment allows. Alternatively, it will be sent to the billing address. Furthermore, delivery to parcel shops, freely selectable parcel acceptance points, post offices and, with the approval of your employer, your place of work is possible.
Note: Due to the season, there may be overlaps in orders for individual items, which extends the delivery time. A cancellation without costs is possible on your part. In urgent cases, please contact us in advance.
Shipping costs from the courier and express shipping methods will not be reimbursed for returns, as these go beyond standard shipping as a special service.

Calculation of delivery times:
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Commercial purchases:
The shipping costs listed above do not apply to dealers, resellers, catering account customers who have their own dealer access. The shipping costs are calculated using the following scale, which also applies to orders by e-mail or telephone: Shipping costs 8.90 euros net (up to 2500.00 euros value of goods), free shipping above that. Fast shipping is shown as fast shipping for commercial customers, but is carried out as standard shipping for larger quantities (e.g. due to the organization of forwarding agents or the more time-consuming cushioning of the goods).
